In beginning, How much time one should start jogging? Any other exercise for stomach in?

    Try 20 minutes every other day, totally at leisure so as to slowly accomodate the body. Second week take a complete break so as to avoid stress fractures. Then resume with 20 min per day. I’d do 3 times per week for the first three months and then 4 times per week with a day in between. Then you body will adjust and you’ll increase the rates as you see fit. Each person is different.
    I’d do this:

    week 1 – 1 min jog + 2 min walk x 7 times
    week 3 – 1 min jog + 1 min walk x 10 times
    week 4 – 2 min jog + 1 min walk x 7 times
    week 5 – 3 min jog + 1 min walk x 5 times
    week 6 – 4 min jog + 1 min walk x 4 times
    week 7 – 6 min jog + 1 min walk x 3 times
    week 8 – 9 min jog + 1 min walk x 2 times
    week 9 – 20 min jog and go from there ….
    You can double the weeks if you want to, above is just a guidance for beginners.
